Can these be changed to something different?

Yes. You’ll always have a Home page, but the other pages can be customized to your needs.

Can I have more than 4 pages?

Yes—each additional page is $49.95. Examples include landing pages, checkout pages, portfolio page, privacy policy, terms & conditions, etc.

What if I only want 1 page?

That’s okay—we can build a clean single-page site (no menu) focused on your Home page content.

I already have a domain, can you use that?

Yes. You’ll transfer ownership to Custom Output so we can build and connect it. If you choose Full Ownership, we will transfer it back once your website is completed.

I purchased Full Ownership but don’t know how to use a website builder. What do I do?

We include a simple, step-by-step Instruction Manual showing you how to edit text, replace images, and add pages—no prior experience needed.

What if the business name I want for a domain is not available?

We’ll suggest smart alternatives (variations, prefixes/suffixes, or different TLDs). You’ll make the final selection for the domain you want to use.

How long will it take to get my website live?

We begin once we receive your completed intake form and content. Standard delivery is 3 business days.

What happens if I don’t have all my content ready?

No problem—select the option to use placeholders for text and images. You can replace them later at any time.

Will my website work on mobile devices?

Yes. All websites are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Can you use my existing logo, images, or branding?

Yes. Upload your assets during intake. If you need a new logo, we offer a logo design add-on.

Can I request revisions after the site is delivered?

Fully Managed: includes up to 3 edits per month.
Full Ownership: use the manual to make changes yourself, or purchase edits separately.

Will my site be optimized for Google?

Yes. We include SEO-ready structure, fast loads, and proper meta titles/descriptions. Advanced SEO campaigns are available via partner referrals.

What if something breaks on my website?

Do you provide hosting after the first year?

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
